RE-INVENT OLD WAYS TO CHANGE YOUR FUTURE
As we head into our third week of “Lockdown” i wanted to share a few thoughts about where we have been, where we are now and where we will be in the future.
When we look at how this unforgiving virus has changed our lives, it also brings into sharp focus how fragile life is….. so, STOP AND BE PRESENT, take a breath and refocus on all the positives we can take from this forced isolation and changes to our day to day lives.
The past history showed how resilient we are as humans and our tremendous ability to adapt to change. We have taken on many a crisis in the past 100 years and with each one we learn new ways to communicate, evolve and persevere.
This new challenge we all face now is no different and has forced many business owners to make and take hard choices about how to keep the wheels of industry turning.
Adapt, Evolve, Innovate, Reflect… just some of the words that have been thrust into our day to day activities, and with each day that this “Lockdown” continues we are all looking at ways to help our fellow workers and customers stay in business.
With this in mind we want to offer our services in these difficult times, we may not look after all your communication needs, however what we do have is a dedicated and resourceful team with access to a plethora of technologies and skills.
So if you are looking at ways to join your team of colleagues together on a conference call, or looking for a video conferencing facility to communicate with your customers and suppliers, then just drop us a line or give us a call.
Finally, and really it is just sharing something that made me think when i watched it is this amazing short video that sums up our past, present and the future.
Be safe out there and lean on us if you need our support.

Home working and Isolation Plans
Letting staff work from home brings many advantages, but it’s always better to plan for this eventuality in advance. With the right infrastructure, your staff can be just as productive as they would be in the office and more importantly, customers won’t even notice the difference. Also consider video conferencing like our Gamma Collaborate software that brings the customer to you and vice versa….
Ensure the plan is flexible and involve your employees . Conduct a focused discussion or exercise using your plan, to find out ahead of time whether the plan has gaps or problems that need to be corrected. Explain what HR policies are in place to protect them and the business.
